Welcome to Low Carb Like Me! Please excuse the mess while we continue to build this website. So what is Low Carb Like Me all about? It's simple really... i'm going to show you how I have lost 150 pounds by reducing my carb intake, increasing my fat intake and developing an exercise routine. We will have tasty Low Carb High Fat recipes, Video Recipes, Information, etc.

The image below was me back in 2010 (or 2011, I don't remember). I didn't take a proper "before" picture so luckily a few folks have sent me some pictures since I have begun the weight loss.

I began on September 01, 2014 after making my  mind up that I was going to finally loose the weight. We'll cover more about my story later... Anyway, below is an updated picture of me from 03/02/2016 after loosing 150 pounds!
