In a large pot, Bring Apple Cider Vinegar, White Vinegar and Water to a boil. Take off the burner and add the paprika, red pepper flakes and black pepper. Stir. Let this mixture steep for at least an hour, it’s best over-night. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge. Warm on the stove. I have also placed in a condiment squirt bottle for dispensing on food. To warm this, place in a large cup and fill with hot tap water and set aside.
